Countries

Following pilot surveys conducted in Tanzania and Senegal in 2010, the first real SDI survey was conducted in Kenya in 2012. Other surveys followed in Nigeria, Togo, and Uganda (2013), Mozambique and Tanzania (2014), and Niger and Madagascar (2016). The findings from them are available to citizens, government officials, donors, members of civil society, and other stakeholders interested in tracking the quality and performance of service delivery.
